An event that grants super powers to a few hundred people might seem like a dream come true for most. But after a mysterious meteor shower scatters and crashes in southern Arkansas and southern Oregon, super powered militias form and cause absolute havoc. It's up to an underground group of freedom fighters, some with powers, some without, to put an end to the madness in this dark but satirical take on superheroes.
